Our logistics team team will send through a logistics form, once this has been filled in, your pack in and pack out will be allocated. Please note that with an extremely large number of deliveries per day, we can not guarantee a confirmation of your ideal date and time but we do our absolute best. We also may need to update your pack in and pack out closer to the date based on weather and other elements outside of our control.

From there we will contact you on the day of your delivery with a more approx delivery time.

We highly recommend either yourself or someone you trust is on site when our team deliver or before they leave site. Your order must be signed for. Once it is signed for, we will not return to site.

We give approx timings because there are so many variables, and we never want to let a client down. Delays on previous sites, traffic, truck issues or weather can delay our team.
We want every client to feel incredibly important but with a large amount of deliveries, we need to be realistic with our clients.
Even if we are late, we never do not deliver, you can be assured of that.

Weather can play a huge part in our logistics scheduling, so you may hear from one of our team to arrange an earlier or different pack in day or time to ensure we have the right amount of time and staff to deal with weather events.
