Working closely with Horticulture NZ from concept to execution, Lucy’s helped to create the ultimate gala dinner experience for 500 people. Mood boards, sourcing, coordination, styling & execution from Lucy’s all went into planning this amazing night over the months prior.

With 11 long, orchard like rows and produce inspired floral arrangements it was the perfect mix of celebrating NZ horticulture and adding dining elegance for an evening to remember amongst a 3 day conference.

We were not an easy client, asking them to transform a room in just 5 hours for a dinner of 500 guests, and then reset the space at midnight. We requested over 55 arrangements made from florals and produce, all within a tight budget. Despite the challenges, Viarni went above and beyond, bringing our vision to life—even better than we imagined.
